Research Chemical Engineer

Job Description

As a Tightener, your primary role will be to ensure that all components are securely fastened and properly tightened in various assemblies, contributing significantly to the efficiency and safety of our operations. You will collaborate closely with our Cable Installation Specialists and Project Managers to facilitate smooth workflows and timely project completion.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and experiments to advance new chemical technologies.
• Utilise modern analytical techniques and laboratory equipment for data collection.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the smooth transition of new processes into production.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to experiments and research findings.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving within the team environment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• At least 3-5 years of experience in R&D within the chemical industry.

• COMSOL
• Data analysis software

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
