Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Tech Innovations Inc., you will ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service. Your role will involve answering queries, providing support, and maintaining a positive experience throughout their journey with us.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support role
