Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our Birmingham team. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing supply chain data, identifying inefficiencies, and helping develop strategies to improve operational performance. Ideal candidates will have a strong analytical background and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of supply chain workflows to identify bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to enhance service levels.
• Assist in the procurement of materials and maintenance of inventory levels.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to supply chain processes.
• Engage with various teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor changes in the supply chain landscape to adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics analysis
