Job Description

As a Manufacturing Project Lead in Derry, you will oversee production projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and schedule requirements. Your leadership will guide a dynamic team while fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and team management to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Communicate project updates and key metrics with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Utilise project management software to track project timelines and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with safety and quality teams to maintain standards.
  • Implement best practices in project management and manufacturing processes.
  • Act as a liaison between the project team and senior management to report project outcomes and feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • HND in Engineering or related field
  • Relevant certifications in project management are preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in a senior project role within manufacturing
