Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Public Health Advisor to join our Manchester team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting public health policies and programs, ensuring that our community remains healthy and informed. This role is pivotal in coordinating health initiatives, analysing public health data, and educating the public about health issues.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee public health education efforts targeted at diverse populations.
  • Facilitate community workshops on nutrition, mental health, and physical activity.
  • Foster partnerships with schools and businesses to advance public health goals.
  • Provide expert advice on public health regulations and compliance.
  • Lead outreach efforts to reduce health disparities in vulnerable populations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Promotion, or a related field
  • Master's degree in Public Health is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in public health programme delivery
