Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical setup for events in collaboration with the creative team.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time during performances.
• Participate in pre-production meetings to discuss technical elements.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all equipment.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical processes.
• Assist with rigging and de-rigging of equipment for events.
• Ensure a high standard of professionalism and technical excellence.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Technical Theatre or related field
• Advanced qualifications in sound/lights management is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in live performance settings
