Job Description

Join our Leeds-based team as a UX Designer, where your creativity will help shape the user experience of our cutting-edge products. You will be responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and testing designs to ensure they meet user needs. A passion for design and a deep understanding of user experience principles are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research to identify user needs and pain points.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Engage in usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure a cohesive approach to design.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends and best practices.
  • Produce detailed specifications for product development.
  • Work alongside marketing to ensure brand consistency across designs.
  • Facilitate design workshops and presentations to convey ideas.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in UX design or a related field
