• Operate and manage multiple types of shrinking machines effectively.
• Assist in training new operators on machine operation and safety protocols.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss process improvements.
• Perform end-of-shift reporting to maintain clear communication with supervisors.

Requirements

Education

• Training or certification in machine operation

Experience

• Previous experience as a Shrinking Machine Operator preferred

Technical Skills

• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials
• Flexibility and adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent
