Job Description

As a Filling Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing and operating the filling equipment used in the manufacturing process. You will ensure that all products are appropriately filled and packaged according to our rigorous quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and operate filling equipment to achieve production efficiencies.
  • Conduct routine quality assessments on products.
  • Maintain equipment by performing cleaning and troubleshooting as necessary.
  • Document production data and assist with stock management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
  • Work collaboratively within the production team to accomplish targets.
  • Detect and report any irregularities in production processes.
  • Engage in training and upskilling opportunities.
  • Assist in inventory counts and stocktaking as needed.
  • Support the Production Manager with other tasks as required.

Requirements

Education
  • GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English
  • Experience in handling FMCG products is a plus
Experience
  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing line is preferred.
