Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of band instruments to identify issues.
• Utilize specialized tools and equipment for instrument repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes.
• Report on inventory levels and assist in ordering parts.
• Educate customers on instrument maintenance and care.
• Attend workshops and training sessions to enhance skills.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines in the workplace.
• Assist in training junior repair technicians when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training or certification in musical instrument repair is preferred

Experience

• Experience in customer service related to musical instruments is a plus.
