Job Description
An Auto Dismantler is responsible for efficiently disassembling and salvaging parts from end-of-life vehicles. This role requires a strong understanding of vehicle components and the ability to dismantle vehicles in a safe and organized manner.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently disassemble vehicles while following safety protocols.
- Conduct quality checks on salvaged parts to ensure usability.
- Organize and manage the inventory of salvaged components.
- Work with the operations team to streamline dismantling processes.
- Maintain proper documentation for parts salvaged and used.
- Train new hires in dismantling techniques and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of tools and equipment to ensure they are safe to use.
- Assist with logistical tasks related to transporting salvaged parts.
Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in auto dismantling or a related field.

Certifications

- Experience operating forklifts or other industrial equipment: Certification or experience in operating industrial machinery is a plus.
