We are seeking a skilled Pharmaceutical Product Developer to join our dynamic team in Luton. This role involves overseeing the development of innovative pharmaceutical products from concept to market. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches whilst adhering to regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development of product protocols and timelines, ensuring quality and regulatory standards are met.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure raw materials and packaging components are available for development.
• Assess and manage project risks to prevent delays in product delivery.
• Conduct presentations on product concepts and developments to stakeholders and management.
• Stay up-to-date with pharmaceutical industry trends and advancements to inform product development strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field
• PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field is a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of experience with strong focus on product formulation and development
