Job Description

As a Pickle House Operator, you will be at the heart of our food manufacturing team. You'll oversee the production and packaging of pickled products, ensuring that every batch meets our high standards. The role involves operating specialized equipment, conducting quality checks, and collaborating with team members to achieve daily production goals.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently operate and monitor pickle processing machinery.
• Conduct quality assurance checks throughout the production cycle.
• Modify process parameters to align with production standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all equipment and work areas.
• Work alongside colleagues to achieve production efficiency.
• Keep detailed logs of production metrics and incidents.
• Engage in ongoing training for compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Support the team in addressing any operational challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Food safety certificate is advantageous.

Experience

• Preferably 1-2 years in food processing sectors.
