As an Investment Banker at Leading Investment Firm in Birmingham, you will play a critical role in advising clients on their financial strategies. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, along with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations on behalf of clients in M&A transactions.
• Formulate strategies for capital raising and funding.
• Monitor financial markets and adjust strategies as necessary based on market conditions.
• Develop training materials and mentor junior analysts on best practices.
• Participate in networking events to enhance the firm’s presence in the market.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
• Master's degree or MBA preferred

Experience

• 4+ years in a similar role with a proven track record in investment banking

• CFA Level 2
