Job Description

As a Mat Maker, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality mats using various materials and methods in our manufacturing plant. This role will require you to operate machinery and ensure the highest standards of quality throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

• Use cutting tools to ensure precise measurements and quality standards.
• Mix and prepare mat-making materials as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal operation.
• Train and guide new staff in mat-making processes and safety protocols.
• Document production data and report any discrepancies to management.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required, but relevant training or certification is advantageous.

Experience

• Prior experience in mat-making or related field is preferred.
