Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in London. In this pivotal role, you will assess and treat individuals experiencing various speech, language, and communication disorders.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients' speech and language abilities to identify disorders or delays.
  • Design and execute individualized therapy plans tailored to patient needs.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions to improve speech clarity, fluency, and language skills.
  • Assist patients in enhancing swallowing and oral motor skills.
  • Educate patients and families on therapy exercises for home practice.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and training.
  • Participate in team discussions to promote coordinated care.
  • Contribute to research initiatives in the field of speech therapy.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Speech and Language Therapy
  • Further certifications in specialised areas of speech therapy are advantageous.
Experience
  • 3 years of experience in speech therapy, with a focus on paediatric care preferred.
