Job Description

As a Retail Salesperson at our sporting goods store, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in making informed purchases, and contributing to achieving sales targets. You will play an integral role in creating a welcoming environment to promote an active lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting appropriate sporting goods based on their needs.

• Manage and maintain the store's inventory, including restocking and organizing products.
• Create and manage customer profiles in the POS system.
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer purchases.
• Conduct regular audits of stock and assist in inventory counts.

• Develop strong product knowledge and participate in training.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store objectives.
• Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and product offerings.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant qualifications in Retail, Sales, or Marketing are advantageous
