Job Description

As an Education Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the academic and administrative functions within our institution. You will manage student records, coordinate course registrations, and ensure that academic services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of course schedules and student registrations.
  • Provide comprehensive support to faculty in academic preparation.
  • Assist with student inquiries regarding program requirements and policies.
  • Conduct training sessions on academic software for new staff.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth academic operations.

  • Maintain knowledge of relevant regulations affecting higher education.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Higher Education Administration or a related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in education management or administration
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in data analysis and report generation
  • Experience with virtual meeting platforms
