We are on the hunt for a passionate Technical Writer to join our Wolverhampton team! In this role, you'll create comprehensive documentation for our software applications, enhancing user experience and facilitating product understanding.

Responsibilities

• Draft clear and accessible technical manuals for end-users.
• Work closely with development teams to gather product details.
• Design documentation templates consistent with company branding.
• Edit and revise documentation based on user feedback.
• Create instructional materials for technical workshops.
• Ensure consistent terminology across all documentation.
• Integrate illustrations and screenshots to enhance comprehension.
• Develop strategies for improving documentation processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication or a related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Technical Writing is a plus.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing
