Job Description

As a Tobacco Stripper, you will play a key role in our production process, ensuring high-quality tobacco leaves are prepared for manufacturing. Your responsibilities will include removing midribs and veins from cured tobacco leaves with precision and care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient processing of cured tobacco leaves in line with quality standards.
• Monitor and adjust equipment settings to optimize production output.
• Maintain detailed reports on daily production activities.
• Cooperate with the maintenance team for equipment servicing.
• Train new employees on proper stripping techniques and safety practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No prior experience necessary, training will be provided.
