Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Field Researcher to join our dynamic team in Luton. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and analysing data in the field, contributing to impactful research projects. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for research.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective data collection strategies.
  • Manage the logistics of fieldwork, including travel arrangements.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables.
  • Assist in the recruitment of participants for research studies.
  • Compile and analyse data trends to inform research objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between the field team and the office.
  • Prepare presentations based on field findings.
  • Contribute to writing research articles for publication.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in conducting field research
