Job Description

We're on the lookout for a proactive IT Systems Analyst to join our Ipswich team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimising our IT systems and providing top-notch support to maintain our operational efficiency. You will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless IT service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough system analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Support the IT team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Help develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
• Liaise with vendors and external partners to ensure service quality.
• Train staff on new systems and technologies.
• Develop user manuals and system documentation.
• Participate in IT projects to deliver solutions on time.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT systems analysis or support
