We are seeking a skilled Bassoonist to join our orchestra and contribute to our musical performances. The ideal candidate will have a passion for music and exceptional bassoon playing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage in regular rehearsals and performances.
• Work closely with the conductor and musical director.
• Provide feedback on arrangements and compositions.
• Develop a diverse repertoire across various musical genres.
• Contribute to the orchestral sound by playing in key sections.
• Explore opportunities for solo performances within the orchestra.

Requirements

Education

• Higher education in Music is an advantage

Experience

• Experience performing in professional concerts is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Ability to play additional instruments

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Ability to teach or mentor junior musicians: Experience in teaching bassoon or conducting workshops.
