Job Description

We are actively seeking a skilled Core Extruder to operate and oversee our advanced extrusion machines. The successful candidate will be crucial to our production line, creating high-quality cores for various applications. Ideal candidates should possess an in-depth understanding of extrusion processes and machinery, ensuring optimal performance and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Load raw materials into extrusion machines and monitor the feeding process.
  • Ensure the final product meets customer specifications, quality, and safety standards.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized according to company policies.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
  • Collaborate with the product engineering team to enhance product features.
  • Contribute to ongoing training programs for operational excellence.
  • Participate in cross-training opportunities within the manufacturing team.
  • Assist in developing new methods to improve production efficiency.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Production Manager.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Technical qualification in manufacturing or related field preferred
Experience
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar manufacturing role.
