Tapering Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Tapering Machine Operator to join our production team. As a key member of our manufacturing unit, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the tapering machine to ensure it produces high-quality products efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate tapering machines according to specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during operation.
• Prepare and manage production schedules effectively.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production challenges.
• Update documentation related to maintenance and production.
• Provide feedback to management on equipment performance.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical Degree or Vocational Certification in Manufacturing or Industrial Production preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Tapering Machine Operator or similar role.
