Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Legal Contracts Manager to oversee and manage the lifecycle of various contracts at Confidential Legal Solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of contract law to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the contract negotiation process with clients and suppliers.
  • Review and recommend amendments to standard contract terms as necessary.
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are met and documented accordingly.
  • Collaborate with finance on contractual payment terms and compliance.
  • Provide training to team members on contract management best practices.
  • Engage in risk management through proactive contract assessments.
  • Develop strategic relationships with external legal counsel and vendors.
  • Stay updated on legislative changes that may affect contract management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certifications in contract management or legal compliance are a plus
