Job Description

Join our growing team as an IT Support Technician based in Glasgow. You will play a crucial role in diagnosing and resolving IT issues, assisting users with system functionalities, and maintaining our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
  • Assist users with troubleshooting IT-related problems.
  • Document and track support requests using ticketing systems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
  • Conduct regular system maintenance and updates.
  • Manage user accounts and access rights.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Relevant IT support certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+ or similar)
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related technical role
