Job Description

As a Technical Support Analyst, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our technical operations. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, providing support to end users, and liaising with teams to ensure service excellence. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support to technical inquiries from users.
  • Evaluate reported issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Generate reports on support performance metrics.
  • Foster positive relationships with users to enhance satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development of user training materials.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco) would be advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
