We're on the lookout for skilled Shoe Machine Operators and Tenders to join our vibrant warehouse team in London. In this role, you'll play a critical part in the manufacturing process, ensuring the quality and efficiency of our shoe production. Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machines for different shoe production tasks.
• Perform quality checks at various stages of production.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to the shipping team.
• Train new employees on operating machinery and safety procedures.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.

Languages

Advantageous

• Experience with textile machinery: Knowledge of operating various textile and shoe machinery.
