Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing mechanical systems and components. You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team to develop innovative solutions that meet client specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and development for new products.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation and reports.
• Oversee manufacturing processes and quality assurance.
• Liaise with clients to understand their engineering needs.
• Utilize CAD software to create detailed designs.
• Test prototypes and evaluate their performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in engineering processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering

• SolidWorks
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Certifications

Languages
