Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Metal Cans Supervisor to lead our production team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations, safety compliance, and quality control in our manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations of metal can production and manage workflow.
  • Conduct safety audits and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Assess production efficiency and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide feedback to team members and bolster morale through effective leadership.
  • Implement inventory management strategies to avoid shortages or delays.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in metal can production or a related industry.
