Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Leeds. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our engineering processes, improving productivity, and ensuring our operations are efficient and sustainable.

Responsibilities

• Work on-site to assess and improve processes effectively.
• Implement productivity improvement plans based on analysis.
• Collaborate with IT for software solutions to enhance engineering processes.
• Document and communicate process changes to the relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee initial implementation of new technologies.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to reduce downtime.
• Develop training materials for new systems and processes.
• Ensure all engineering activities align with strategic objectives.
• Facilitate workshops on process improvement methods.
• Regularly present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
