Responsibilities
Work on-site to assess and improve processes effectively.
Implement productivity improvement plans based on analysis.
Collaborate with IT for software solutions to enhance engineering processes.
Document and communicate process changes to the relevant stakeholders.
Oversee initial implementation of new technologies.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to reduce downtime.
Develop training materials for new systems and processes.
Ensure all engineering activities align with strategic objectives.
Facilitate workshops on process improvement methods.
Regularly present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
Master's degree is preferred
