Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Financial Analyst to join our Cardiff office. You will play a key role in conducting financial analysis, preparing reports, and supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical skills and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse financial data and create detailed reports for strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in the budgeting process and financial forecasting.
  • Evaluate current financial performance and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with various teams to support ad-hoc financial analysis.
  • Prepare presentations for management showcasing financial insights.
  • Assist in the development of quarterly and annual financial plans.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial reporting.
  • Maintain financial databases and ensure data integrity.
  • Monitor market trends and provide recommendations for investments.
  • Support audits and financial reviews by providing necessary documentation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a financial analyst role
