Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Healthcare Administrator to manage our healthcare operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and streamline administrative processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to enhance healthcare service delivery.
  • Collaborate with external agencies for healthcare compliance.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to enhance programmes.
  • Provide guidance and support to clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Organise community outreach programmes to promote services.
  • Analyse healthcare trends and propose actionable insights.
  • Lead departmental meetings to promote communication and teamwork.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Management is preferred

  • 5+ years in healthcare administration or leadership roles
