We are seeking an enthusiastic Online Education Facilitator to join our Cardiff-based team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and creating engaging online learning experiences. You will be responsible for designing course materials, facilitating online discussions, and providing support to students throughout their learning journey.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain course content that aligns with curricular objectives.
• Engage students in interactive learning activities and discussions.
• Utilise learning management systems to track progress and manage evaluations.
• Deliver online workshops and training sessions to enhance learning outcomes.
• Actively participate in faculty meetings to share best practices.
• Support students in reaching their educational goals through mentoring.
• Evaluate and improve course delivery based on student feedback.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive online classroom environment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Certification in Online Teaching or related area is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in educational development and facilitation

Languages
