Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Hand Sprayer to join our skilled team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paints, stains, and finishes to various projects, ensuring high-quality results in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces to be painted, including cleaning and scraping when necessary.
• Select and mix colours according to project specifications or client requests.
• Use spray guns to apply coatings evenly and efficiently.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on spray equipment.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and site regulations.
• Report any issues with materials or equipment to the Painting Supervisor.
• Collaborate with crew members to ensure projects are completed to a high standard.
• Ensure that all work complies with the company’s quality control standards.
• Participate in regular training to improve skills and stay updated on industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required
• Training in hand spraying techniques preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail

Advantageous
