Job Description

We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join our Birmingham team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.

Responsibilities

  • Design infrastructure projects including roads and bridges.
  • Evaluate the environmental impact of projects.
  • Develop cost-effective engineering solutions to meet client needs.
  • Supervise construction crews and ensure safety protocols are followed.
  • Assist in contract management and negotiations.
  • Report on project progress to stakeholders and management.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Master's degree in a relevant field preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of civil engineering experience, particularly in infrastructure projects.
