Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee our security operations and ensure the safety of our assets, employees, and clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing security teams in high-risk environments, developing policies, and liaising with law enforcement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the security team in the delivery of exceptional security services.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage the deployment of security personnel across multiple sites.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
  • Provide security training and development opportunities for team members.
  • Investigate and resolve any security incidents effectively.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage security budgets.
  • Prepare documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in security management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management or equivalent
  • Relevant certifications (CPP, PSP) preferred
