As a Woodworking Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will play a crucial role in the production process of high-quality wooden products. Your expertise will ensure that machinery operates efficiently, that products meet specifications, and that safety standards are strictly followed. Responsibilities

  • Set up machines for different jobs according to specifications and production schedules.
  • Ensure that all woodworking operations are performed safely and correctly.
  • Work on custom orders as per customer requirements.
  • Provide training to new employees on machine operations and safety protocols.
  • Stay informed on new machinery and techniques to improve production processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Vocational qualification in woodworking or engineering preferred
  • Additional certifications in specific machinery operation are advantageous
Experience
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the woodworking sector.
