Mold Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mold Worker to join our manufacturing team. The Mold Worker will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production of molds for various products. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare molds for production runs.
• Operate molding machinery and monitor production quality.
• Perform quality checks on molded products.
• Maintain detailed records of production outputs.
• Assist in the maintenance and repair of molding equipment.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production targets.
• Assist with troubleshooting any equipment malfunctions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational training or certification in manufacturing processes.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing role preferred.

• CNC Machining

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with mold design software: Hands-on experience with software applications for mold design and production.
