Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bone Char Kiln Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining kilns used for the production of bone char. This role requires strong technical skills and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily inspections of kilns to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Adjust kiln settings based on production needs and material specifications.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the development of new operational procedures related to kiln management.
  • Provide feedback on kiln performance to facilitate equipment upgrades and modifications.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant certifications in kiln operation preferred.
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in kiln operation within a manufacturing environment.
