As a Building Materials or Lumber Yard Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our yard, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment while leading a team dedicated to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage yard staff scheduling and workload distribution.
• Implement improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance regularly.
• Establish strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Conduct safety meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain records of yard transactions and activities.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and in good working order.
• Develop and oversee budget plans for the yard operations.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training in construction or related fields is preferred

Experience

• At least 3 years of relevant supervisory experience.
