Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Leeds. This role requires a compassionate and skilled individual who can provide high-quality healthcare and support for patients. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, planning and implementing care, and collaborating with medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

  • Perform initial patient consultations to gather medical histories.
  • Administer treatments and follow-up assessments.
  • Coordinate with team members to enhance patient care.
  • Provide support in emergency situations and critical care.
  • Engage in community health initiatives and outreach programs.
  • Educate patients about lifestyle changes and wellness.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of patient treatments and make necessary adjustments.
  • Participate in case reviews and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure a safe and clean working environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Registered Nurse (RN) qualification
  • Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) designation preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a primary care or specialist role.
