Job Description

We are seeking an Academic Programs Supervisor to oversee and enhance our educational programs. The successful candidate will manage program development, coordinate staff training, and ensure compliance with educational standards, contributing to a vibrant learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and management of academic curricula.
• Monitor and report on the progress of various academic initiatives.
• Support and mentor faculty in program delivery and student engagement.
• Compile feedback from students and staff to drive program improvements.
• Prepare and present reports on program outcomes to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Master's degree in Educational Leadership is desirable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in an educational setting with a focus on program management
