Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Gasket Former to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing gaskets for various industries using specialized machinery. They must be proficient in reading technical drawings and working independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machinery for daily production and troubleshoot any issues promptly.
• Document production processes and maintain records for quality assurance.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Conduct tests on finished gaskets to guarantee durability and performance.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in manufacturing or engineering
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in gasket manufacturing or a similar role

• CNC Operation
• CAD Software

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Effective Communication

Certifications

• ISO 9001 Quality Management Certification
• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in CAD software for gasket design: Ability to use CAD software to create and modify gasket designs.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles: Knowledge of lean manufacturing methods to improve efficiency.
