Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Auditor to join our dynamic team in Cambridge. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of auditing procedures and regulations, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting. You will work closely with clients to understand their business and provide tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Process claims by reviewing and analyzing documentation submitted.
  • Engage proactively with clients to clarify claim details and provide clarity on the process.
  • Update client files accurately to reflect any changes or new developments.
  • Compile data for reporting on claims trends and issues.
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to handle complex claims issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
Experience
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
