Responsibilities
Record financial transactions using accounting software.
Prepare and issue invoices to clients and track payments.
Maintain updated customer and vendor records.
Provide support during financial audits and inspections.
Assist management in budget preparation and forecasting.
Monitor financial transactions to detect any discrepancies.
Ensure timely payment processing and reporting to management.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Certifications such as AAT or ACCA are a plus
Experience
2-3 years of bookkeeping experience preferred
