Job Description

As a Bookkeeper, you'll be essential in maintaining financial records and managing payroll. Your attention to detail will help us navigate the financial landscape effectively, contributing to our clients' success.

Responsibilities

  • Record financial transactions using accounting software.
  • Prepare and issue invoices to clients and track payments.
  • Maintain updated customer and vendor records.
  • Provide support during financial audits and inspections.
  • Assist management in budget preparation and forecasting.
  • Monitor financial transactions to detect any discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely payment processing and reporting to management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Certifications such as AAT or ACCA are a plus
Experience
  • 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience preferred
Technical Skills
  • QuickBooks

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous
