Looking for a Chemical Engineer to play a pivotal role in our Luton facility. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, analyse, and improve chemical processes while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Develop new chemical formulations and processes.
Supervise the scale-up of laboratory processes to production.
Ensure adherence to quality control standards in all chemical production.
Conduct process simulations and risk assessments.
Facilitate communication between engineering teams and production staff.
Lead projects aimed at reducing waste and improving resource efficiency.
Maintain and enhance laboratory safety protocols.
Prepare and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant discipline
Master's degree in a related field preferred
Experience
4+ years of relevant experience in chemical engineering
