Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Administrator to support our operations team with daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operational activities and assist in project management.
  • Manage communications including emails, calls, and company correspondence.
  • Update and maintain databases with operational and financial records.
  • Track and process invoices, purchase orders, and other documentation.
  • Generate reports and assist in the preparation of presentations.
  • Ensure inventory levels are maintained and supplies are ordered as needed.
  • Support alongside team members on ad-hoc tasks.
  • Foster communication with various departments to streamline operations.
  • Organise and oversee company functions and meetings.
  • Adhere to corporate policies and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Degree in Business Administration or similar field is advantageous
Experience
  • Experience in an office environment or administration role is a plus.
