We are looking for an Operations Administrator to support our operations team with daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operational activities and assist in project management.
Manage communications including emails, calls, and company correspondence.
Update and maintain databases with operational and financial records.
Track and process invoices, purchase orders, and other documentation.
Generate reports and assist in the preparation of presentations.
Ensure inventory levels are maintained and supplies are ordered as needed.
Support alongside team members on ad-hoc tasks.
Foster communication with various departments to streamline operations.
Organise and oversee company functions and meetings.
Adhere to corporate policies and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
Degree in Business Administration or similar field is advantageous
Experience
Experience in an office environment or administration role is a plus.
