Job Description

We are seeking a qualified pharmacist to ensure medication safety and improve patient health. You'll interpret and process prescriptions, collaborate with healthcare teams, and provide valuable patient counselling. Your contributions will be essential in achieving our mission of outstanding healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safe and effective use of medications in accordance with best practices.
  • Educate patients about their medications, including potential side effects and interactions.
  • Prepare compounding medication as per physician specifications when necessary.
  • Implement and follow protocols for patient safety and quality assurance in dispensing.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving medication adherence among patients.
  • Participate in continuing education to stay current with pharmaceutical knowledge.
  • Handle prescription queries and manage patient complaints in a professional manner.
  • Assist in pharmacy operations to meet the needs of our healthcare team.
  • Contribute to the development of pharmacy policies and procedures.
  • Lead or participate in pharmacy-related projects and initiatives.
